New Online Client Account Inquiry!

Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Inc. is now offering a new online service to our current and future debt management program clients. This service provides you with the ability to view your account information, personal information, payment summary, and payment disbursements all online. This service is Free, Secure and is available 24 hours a day. All data provided is updated daily.

IMPORTANT: This website is protected by Verisign, Inc. This ensures that all information provided is 100% confidential and can only be viewed by you.

To get started go to www.advantageccs.org and click on "CLIENT LOG-IN", which is located in the upper right hand corner of the home page. If this is your first time at our new client only website you will have to create a username and password. Please follow these steps in order to get registered:

Click on "Not Registered Yet? Sign Up Now!"
Enter in your Client Id Number
Enter in your SSN
Enter in your Zip Code
Enter in a Username (we suggest using your email address)
Enter in a Password (we suggest using a combination of numbers and letters)
Re-Enter your Password to verify
Enter in your Email Address
Re-Enter in your Email Address to verify
Pick a Hint Question (this is used in case you forget your username or password)
Enter in your Answer

After you have entered in the required information click on the submit button. This will bring you to your accounts screen. After you have created your username and password you will not have to go through this process again the next time you want to access this module, simply type in your username and password in the client login box in the upper left of the screen.
