Advantage Credit Counseling Service's management team has years of experience in providing assistance and guidance to money-troubled consumers.

Stephen Piotrowski, President/CEO

Caryn Bilotta, Manager of Education Services

Caryn Bilotta is the Manager of Education Services. She is responsible for managing internal and external education efforts, managing the agency's media relations efforts, maintaining website content, and designing and producing agency publications. Ms. Bilotta joined Advantage Credit Counseling Service in 1997 as the Education Training Specialist. In this position, she was responsible for developing and providing education programs to community groups, colleges, civic and church groups, and employee groups.

Prior to gaining employment with Advantage Credit Counseling Service, Ms. Bilotta worked as a teacher with North Allegheny, Shaler and Seneca Valley school districts.

Ms. Bilotta received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master's degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
